It beinq expressly understood and aqreed that the said Mortqage ~
shall remain in full force and effect in all respects as if the said :
payments had origina~ly been paid as provided or in the original `
note, and that nothinq herein shall effect o~mpair any rights
and powers which the said party of the first part may have thereunder ;
for the recovery of the said Mortgaqe Debt with interest in the case ~
of non-fulfillment of this agreement. {
AND the parties of the second part hereby covenant that they will
pay the payments as herein provided and the interest thereof at the ;
time specified; that they will perform and observe all the covenants,
aqreements, stipulations and conditions~on the part of the mortgagor
in said mortgage contained in all respects as if the said payments had
been made ac~corrlinq to the terms of the mortqage.
