sixty (60) days from the date of this Order to file with this
Court its Answers to Interrogatories propounded by the Respondent. :

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that failure of ~
Petitioner to file its response to Interrogatories as hereinabove
ordered may result in the dismissal of this case by this Court.
