_3. Plaintiffs hold a lien for the total sum superior to
any claim or estate of defendants, VICTORIA P. ROBERSON a/k/a
VICTORIA ROBERSON, ROY J. ROBERSON a/k/a ROY JAMES ROBERSON, JR.,
. and SECURITISS INVESTMENT COI~ANY OF FLORIDA d/b/a LIBERTY LOAN ~
CORPORATION, on the followinq described property in St. Lucie
~ County, Florida:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 8, LINCOLN PARK NO. 2,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 4,~at page 77, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed ~
by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this
judgment are not paid within three days from the date hereof,
the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale '
on May 16, 1979, at 12;00 o'clock noon, to the highest bidder
for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the front door of
the Courthouse in St. Lucie County in Fort Pierce, Florida, in
accordance with Section45.031, Florida Statutes.
5. Plaintiffs shall advance all subsequent costs of this -
~ action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if plaintiffs
~ -
are not the purchasers of the property at the sale. If plaintiffs
are the purchasers, the Clerk shall credit plaintiffs' bid with

I the total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this

~ judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.

€ 6. On filing the certificate of title, the Clerk shall

~E distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient,

; by paying; first, all of plai,ntiffs' costs; second, documentary

~ stamps affixed to the certificate; third, plaintiffs' attorneys' i

~ fees; fourth, the total sum due to plaintiffs less the items paid
plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this date to the
date of the sale; and by retaining any amount remaining pending ;
' the further order of this Court.
