Upon hearing on plaintiffs' motion to strike, it is
ADJUDGED that:
1. Said motion to strike is~treated as a motion to dismiss
. the counterclaim and affirmative defenses, and the same are hereby
dismissed.
' 2. The basis of this order is that all matters up to the
; date of the Enforcement Judgment entered October 19, 1978 in

i Case No. 77-226 in this Court, are res adjudicata.
