beea represented by an attorney, and th4 Court having heard all of the teatimony of ~

financial ability to pay the auma hereiaafter referred to and is now ad~udged guilty ¢
of villful contempt of this Court for his villful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It ie
