THIS CAUSE ws heard on the 17 th day of APRIL , 1979. upon the
Notion and Aftidavit for Bnforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Yetitioner being preaent in open Court in person and reptesented by counsel,
and th~ Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been repreaented by an attoraey. and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
ihe partiea and being iully advised in the pre~iaes, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that ARCHIE HILLS , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay th~ su~~ hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of villful contenpt of this Court for his ~rillful failure to pay Bupport payR?ents
a~ direct~d by ordes duly entered.,hereia. It is
