THIS CAUSE was heard on the 17 th day of APRIL , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and ~txhaving
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGID that JAMES MURRAY BEAUFORD , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as di~ected by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, ForC Pierce, Florida,
coamencing on JUNE 18 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
PROVIDID, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 67 9.50* , plus $2.00 ~ :
! statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
~ Court of this County, together vith costs of this arrest. You and your duly
~ suthorized deputies are therefore

' ORDERID TO arreat the said JAMES MURRAY BEAUFORD on said ~
! date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
; St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and
; sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall.be promptly notified
; of his arrest. It is further

~ ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
~ ordered to forward R3t~dsaid arrearage payment(s) received from the Respondent
i until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabi-
litative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewod Boulevard,
~ Tallahassee, Florida, 32~04.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this 18 th day of
