TNIS CAUSE aas heard on the 17 th day of APRIL , 1979, upon the
Hotion and Affidavit for Enforcement previouely filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court in perso~ and represented by counsel,
and ti~e Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not havit~g
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
' the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJpDCED that CNARLIE SUGGS . the Respondent, had the
finac~cial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now ad~udged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AAID AD,TIiDGEp that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce~ Florida,
commencing on JUNE 18 , 197•9, or aa soon thereafter as he can be found.
