THIS CAUSE was heard on thQ-17 th day of APRIL , 1979. upon the
Notioa and Affidavit for 8nforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the petitioacr~being pre~eat in open Court in per~on and represented by counsel,
and the Reapoodeat having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attoraey, and the Court having heard ull of the testimony of
' the partiea and being fully advised in the pr~aiaes, it is therefore
ADJtJDCBD that WILBERT W. KIRKLAND , the Respondent, had the
finaucial ability to pay tbe suais hereinafter referred to and is noa ad~udged guilty
af nillful contempt oF this Court for his villful failure to pay support payments
a~ directed by order dulq entered herein. It ie

sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida~
