Motion and Affidavit for Saforce~ent pr~viouely filed herein by the Petitioner, and
tbe Petitioner beiu~ preaent in open Caurt in peraou and represented by counsel,
and tM Respondeat _ having appeased in person in open Court and not having ~
bQSa represeated by ar attosAey, and tha Court having heard all of the teatimony of
the partiea aad beiu~ fully advised in the preuiaes, it is therefore
ADJODGSD that RILEY WARE , the Respondent, had the
finaACial ability to pay the suse heretnafter referred to and is now ad~udged guilty
of nillful conte~pt of this Court for his Willful failure to pay support payaients
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AI~DD ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
~sentenced to serve 30_ days in the St. t.ucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on Jiji,y 1$ . 1979, or ae soon thereafter as he can be found. ~
