Motioo and Affidarit for Baforcement praviou~ly filed hereia by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present ia open Court in peraon and rep=esented by counsel,
and th~ jteapoad~at haviag appeared in person in open Court and not having
b~ea repreasatsd by aa attorney, aad the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the partie• and beio~ fully advised in the preniaQe, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that TERRIS W. SIMS , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the su~a hereinafter referred to and ia now adjudged guilty
of villful conteaQt of this Court for hia ~,rillful failure to pay support payments
~s'directed br order duly entered herein. It ie
ORDE[tF.D Al~ MJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
ssntenced to serve 30 days in the St. Luci~ County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on JUNE 18 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
