the partiea atd beiag fully adviaed in the premiQes, it is therefore
ADJUDCED that JAMES EDWARD MILLER , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the swss hereinafter referred to and ia now adjudged guilty
of villful contenpt of this Court for hi~ villful failure to pay support payments
