TRIS CAUSB was heard on the 17 th day of APRIL , 1979, upon the
l~iotion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner bein,g pseeent in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
. acd the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premisea, it is therefore
ADJUDG~ that MILTON A. HOOKS , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now sdjudged guilty
of ~rillful contempt of this Cour[ for his ~?illful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It ie =
ORDERm AAID ADJUDGED that as punisMnent for contempt he is hereby }
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida;
commencing on JUNE 18 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 4 3 2.00 , plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County,~together vith costs of this arreat. You and your dnly
F authorized deputies are therefore
~ ORDERED 1~0 arrest the said MILTON A. . HOOKS on said
; date or ae soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
