and the Respond~nt having appeared in person in open Court and not haviing
been repreaented by an attorney. and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the partiea atd being fully advised in t6e preaises, it is therefore
AD.NDGED that RONNIE DUNCAN , the Respondent, had the
