ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE
AISD ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 17th day
of April, 1979, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and Respondent
having been.present in Court and the Court being ful~y advised in
the premises, it is, .
ADJUDGED that FRANKLIN GILLESPIE had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay -

support payments as directed by Order duly entered herein,.a copy
of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
It is,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt

FRANKLIN GILLESPIE is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30) days f
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing ~
on the Y6th day of June, 1979, or as soon thereafter as he may
be found.

f PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or
~
; after incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $425.00
i
~ (arrears) due as of the 13th day of Apr~il,1979, to the Clerk of
' the Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of his arrest.

g You and your duly authorized deputies are therefore,
~ ALL ~IJD SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS are directed to take
~ into custody the said FRANKLIN GILLESPIE on the said date and

deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the
~ execution of the above described judgment and sentence. The Clerk
~
of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified
of his arrest.
