IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that support payments,
either current or to be applied to arrears, shall temporarily be ~
held in escrow by the Clerk of Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, until further Order of this Court, pendin9
compliance by Petitioner with the terms and conditions hereinafter
set forth.
1. Petitioner shall, as soon as possible, provide
Respondent with a current tel~phone number at which she and
Respondent's children may be contacted and shall further.keep
Respondent advised at all times as to any change in her current
telephone number.
2. Petitioner shall be responsible to have the Re-
spondent's children available to receive a telephone call from
Respondent at the aforementioned number supplied by Petitioner
on Sunday of each and every week at 6:00 P. M., or at such other
date and time as the parties may subsequently agree and the failure
of Petitioner to have the children available to receive the telephone
calls may, upon proper application by Respondent to this Conrt,
result in the termination of child support payments under this
Order.
! IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon compliance

` by Petitioner with the terms and conditions of this Order regarding

E telephone visitation, this Court will order the release of the
! .aforementioned funds being held in escrow by the Clerk of Circuit
~
~ Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, pursuant to this

~ Order. `

~ This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for

~ the purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further
~
~ Orders as may be deemed equitable.
