IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that support payments, ~
either current or to be applied to arrears, shall temporarily be
held in escrow by the Clerk of Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie
~ County, Florida, until further Order of this Court, pending
compliance by Petitioner with the terms and conditions hereinafter
set forth.
1. Petitioner shall, as soon as possible, provide_
Respondent with a current telephone number at which she and
Respondent's children may be contacted and shall further keep
Respondent advised at all times as to any change in her current
telephone number.
2. Pe~itioner shall be responsible to have the Re-
spondent's children available to receive a telephone call from
Respondent at the aforementioned number supplied by Petitioner
on the first and third Sundays of each and every month at 6:00 P. M.,
or at such other date and time as the parties may subsequently
agree and the failure of Petitioner to have the children available
to receive the telephone calls may, upon proper application by
Respondent to this Court, result in the termination of child
' support payments under this O~der.

; IT IS FURTHER ORD~RFD AND ADJUDGED that upon compliance
by Petitioner with the terms and conditions of this Order regarding
; telephone visitation, this Court will order the release of the

~ aforementioned funds being held in escrow by the Clerk of Circuit

~ Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, pursuant to this Order.

~ This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for
ti
~ the purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further

~ Orders as may be deemed equitable.
