PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION
The petitioner, James W. Sneed, Jr., alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
a son of the decedent. Petitioner's name and address are:
James W. Sneed, Jr „ 2400 South Ocean Drive (P. O. Box 1510),
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450; and the name and address of peti-
tioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. The decedent, Emma R. Sneed, whose last known address
was 610 Malabar Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, died on
February 25, 1979 at Good Samaritan Hospital, West Palm Beach,
Florida; and at the time of death, decedent was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, all of whom are over 18 years of age, their
