I direct my Executor hereinafter named to divide all the
rest, residue and remainder of my estate of ~hatever location or
description, both real and personal and/or mixed, wherever
situate, of which I die possessed, or over which I have power of
disposition, or any interest whatsoever, into two (2) equal shars
and distribute as follows:
To my sister, GRACE G. KEANE, one (1) share, per capita;
To my sister, HELEN G. SIEGEL, one (1) share, per stirpes.
SEVENTH
I hereby nominate and appoint the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation with trust powers, Fort
Pierce, Florida, or its successor, to act as Executor of this my
