On the petition of William R. Bryarit and Barney B.
Bryant for Summary Administration of the estate of Olive
Bryant, a/k/a, Olive Ray Bryant, deceased, the court finding
that the decedent died on the 7th day of January, 1977;
that all interested persons have been served proper notice
of this hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the
material allegations of the petition are true; and that an
Order of Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the ~
