PARTIAL FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on to be heard on March 13, 1979 and the
Court having heard testimony on behalf of the Plaintiff and argu-
ment of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is _
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the Defendants, James F. Carter, individually ~
and James F. Carter trading as Preferred Research Associates, Joe
~ H. Bryan, individually and Joe H. Bryan trading as Preferred Research
~ -
~ Associates, and each of them shall, within ten days from the date of
i
~ this Partial Final Judgment, execute the appropriate papers to satisfy
~ - .
; that certain mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 137, at pages
4
~ 84 - 87, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida executed by the
~
~ Plaintiff to the Defendants; and-that upon failure of said Defendants
~
~ to execute such papers within said ten days then this Partial Final
~ Judgment shall act as a satisfaction of said mortgage in full.

~ 2. That the Defendants, James F. Carter, individually

~ and James F. Carter trading as Preferred Research Associates, Joe
~ H. Bryan, individually and Joe H. Bryan trading as Preferred Research
` Associates, shall forthwith return to the Plaintiff the original note
~ and mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 137, at pages 84-87,
x public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
