FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGS ~
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 29th day of March, 1976,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and detercnines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is ~herefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The marriage between ALLEN R. OSTEEN and JOY N. OSTEEN
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
~ fore existing between them and from the obligations arising there-
i
~ from. -
` 2. Custody of VAN ALLEN OSTEEN, CAARLES GRAYSON OSTEEN and

~ WILLIAM TODD OSTEEN, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded

' to JOY N. OSTEEN with visitation rights reserved to ALLEN R. OSTEEN

~ 3. On April 2, 1976 ALLEN R. OSTEEN shall pay to JOY N.

' OSTEEN the sum of $25 each and every week for the support of each of
' the children named above, until each child attains his majority,
becomes self-supporting or marries, whichever occurs first.
