Carter and Helen Carter, his wife; Constance ~ ~ Carter; Juanita Carter; Annie Pearl Carter Meade; and Indian River ° f Citrus Bank are hereby ratified and confirmed; that this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of this cause and the parties hereto; that the allegations contained in the complaint have been proved by competent evidence and the equities in this cause are with the plaintiff. 2. That the mortgage sued upon by the plaintiff in this cause constitutes a valid first lien upon the property hereinafter described and the mortgage is in default as alleged in the complaint. 3. That the reasonable fee for services rendered by the attorney for the plaintiff in this cause is in the amount of U , and this Court finds and decrees said sum ~ is a reasonable fee to be allowed plaintiff's attorney, which sum is also due and owing. 4.
