5. The plaintiff has a lien to secure the payment of the
above itemized sums against the following described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 6, Block 18, PARADISE PARK SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, page 17,-of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The lien of the plaintiff is prior, paramount and superior to all
rights, claims, liens, interests, encumbrances and equities of the
defendants and all persons, firms or corporations claiming by,
through or under the defendants or either of them and the property
will be sold free and clear of any claims of the defendants.
6. That unless the defendants, or either of them, shall
pay the plaintiff or its attorneys the sums specified in Paragraph 4,
and any other costs of this suit as mentioned in that paragraph,
the Clerk of this Court, after publication of notice as required by
§45.031 of the Florida Statutes, as amended, is directed to sell
the mortgaged premises as described in Paragraph 5 above to the
highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at the front
door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida,

f free, clear and discharged of any and all claims, liens, encumbrances,

rights, equities and interest of the defendants, and all persons,

j firms or corporations claiming by, through or under the defendants,
