For the purpose of tying in and harrionizing said property and the drive~rays,
~valkways, etc., thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the Department
of Trans~ortation of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto.
This EASEMENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading
u~on the above lana shall not extend beyorid the limits outlined above and that
all grading. or sloping shall conform to all existing structural ir.:~rove~rents
wi thi n the 1 imi ts des i gnated, and al l riork ~•ri 11 b~ perfor~ed i n such manner that -
existing structural improvements will not be dar~aged. _
This EASEh1ENT shall expire upon the co~npletion of the canstructior, of the said
road project, not to exceed a period of three y2ars.
