This matter coming on the Petition of JACKIE CAYNON to reopen
the Estate and reappoint him as Personal Representative and to approve

the sale of the property, no objections being filed thereto;
Upon consideration, it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Petition be and the same is hereby granted and the

Estate is reapened.

2. That JACKIE CAYNON is reappointed Personal Representative
with his Oath being filed, that Letters of Administration shall issue.
3. That the sale of the property described as follows:
That parcel of ground located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, being a part of ttie East ~ of the South-
west ~ of the Southeast ~ of Section 4, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, lying east of North 13th
Street, described as follows:

~ A parcel bounded on the West by the 13th Street.right
; of way and extending therefrom approximately 60 feet
east, and bounded on the South by the right of way of
; Avenue E, and on the North by thr ricjht of way of

~ is approved on terms set out in the Petition and that after payment of

~ the closing costs and liens against this property or others owned by

~ the Estate, that the monies remaining shall be deposited in an Estate

~ Account, with no funds to be withdrawn without further Order of this
