This EASEMENT is granted upon the condttion that the sloping and/or grading upon
the above land shall not extend 6eyond tf~e limits outlined above and that all
grad~tng or sloping shall conform to all existing structural improvements within
the limits designated, and all work will be perforn~ed in such manner that existing
structural improvements within.the limits designated, and all work ~rill be p~rformed
in su~h manner that exist~ng structural impro~~ements will.not be damaged.
This EASEMENT shall expire upon the completion.of the construction of the safd
road project, not to exceed a period of three years.
