For the purpose of tytng in and harnanizing said property and the driveways,
walkways,:etc., thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the Department
of Transportation of Florida, in the road ad~acent thereto:
This EASEMENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading
upon the a6oye land shall not ex~end beyond the limits outlined above and that
all grading or slop~ng shall conform to all existing structural improvements xithin
the limits des~gnated, and all work will be perfornw_d in such manner that existing
structural improvements will not be damaged. ~
This EASEMENT shall exp~ire upon the completion of the construction of the said
road project, not to exceed a per:od of three years.
