PROMISSORY NOTE
$ 33, 000. 00 Fort Pierce, Florida, ~ l~, 1979
For value received, I, we or either of us, promise to pay, without
defalcation, to the order of FIARIDA BA,~IIC AT FORT PIERCE, SU1 Orange Avenue;
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, the sum of $ 33,00O.OOwith interest from date at the
rate of9-3 4 per annum, in 300 monthly installments as follows: $ 294.08 -
