Bocrowec and Lender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by refe~ence into thla Mortgage and

Such provisions at ars incaporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19~ 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Bonower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property~ Bo~rower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described mast~ form of
mortgage and incorporated by refersnce hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined hersin. Boirower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporat8d by reference into~this Mortqage. ~
ADDITIONAL NON-UIIIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Boirower~ Lender, at Lender's option w~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortqage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
intetBat thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notea stating that aaid
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness ~ecured by this Mort-
gage~ not includinq sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage~ exceed
