Petition and Order satisfying one of two mort;;ages and an unsatisfied mortgage
had bee satisfied but not recorded. The decendants of the decased and all parties
concerned n both the said mortgages have knowledge that both were satisfied and

the personal representative of the estate, being the daughter of the deceased, has ~

executed and elivered to the mortgagors, satisfaction of both said mortgages and `

there remains only a necessity that the said daughter be properly authorized: that
the petitioner, nNN McMAHON here petitions the Court for a Supplemental Order con-
I firming her authority to execute and deliver a satisfaction consistent with her ~
