WHEREAS, the undersigned on or about october 13, 19 7s
issued a warrant against Eddie Howard, d/b/a Eddie's Auto `
Body, 314 Angle Road, Ft. Pierce, Florida
for the collection of delinquent taxes levied pursuant to Chapter
212, Florida Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for st. Lucie

WHEREAS said delinquent tax has been paid in full arid the
tax lien created by the recording of the said tax warrant, satis- '
fied in full.

NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS that the said delinquent tax having ~

i pursuant to Section 212.15(3), Florida Statutes, satisfy said `
