Plaintiff moves for an order, under Rule 1.250 Fla.R.Civ.P.,
addinq as parties DAVID STUART and GLORIA G. STUART, to whom the
ownership has been conveyed, according to the attached Answer by

GERALD S. and JUDY JAMES, dated March 16, 1979, which states in
paragraph six of the Defenses that said conveyance of ownership was
recorded in O.R. Book 305, page 240 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
This Motion affects only Parcels 113 and 713. Plaintiff
requests an Order without a hearing, on the pleadings.
