O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon
the Petition for Temporary Relief of the Wife, and the Court
having heard the evidence, having had an in camera conversa-
tion with two of the three minor children, the Stipulations
and Agreements of the parties for the entry of a mutual re-
straining order, and a child custody study, and the Court

being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
(1) Both parties shall continue in joint posses-
sion of the marital home;
(2) Both parties shall continue to have custody
~ of the minor children of the parties, provided, however,
i
that the husband shall have supervisary custody of the
j .
~ minor children of the parties, to wit: DAVID ALLEN KIRK,
~ ICARE:L V. K~RB, and KARRIE A. KIRK;

~ (3) The Husband shall pay all recurring expenses
~ of the home and recurring liabilities of the parties, in-
~
~ cluding all payments and expenses for food, mortgage.payment,
~ taxes, insurance on the home, transportation, utilities,
~ -
~
` medical, etc.;

~ (4) The Twelve Hundred dollars ($1200) removed

' from a bank account shall be kept intact by the husband
~
~ pending a final determination of the rights of the parties
~
j in such fund as may be made upon final hearing;
