HomeMy WebLinkAbout1030 (5) The parties, both of them, are hereby tempo-
rarily restrained from molesting, annoying, harrassing, in-
terfering with, physically abusing each other, or threatening
each other, or fighting in front of the children, and the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County or his deputy is hereby instructed
and ordered to enforce this restraining order without further
order of this court and to take immediate custody of any party
or both parties, if the same be necessary, who violates the
terms of this Order and to bring said party before this Court
without delay;
(6) The Florida Department of Health and Rehabili-
tative Services shall do a-study and make recommandations to
the Court as to which parent shall have permanent custody of
the minor children of the parties.
