NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order ~ar•Final~
Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 1979, and entered in Case No.
79-42 CA of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida wherein GOVERNMENT NATIONAL MORTGAGE
ASSOCIATION, a corporation organized and existing under an Act of
Congress and existing pursuant to Title III of the National Housing Act,
plaintiff, and NALDUS ROBERTS, JR, a/k/a NALDUS ROBERTS; et al., are
defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the
lobby of the St. Lucie County Courthouse in Fart Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida at 11:00 A.M. on the 15 day of May, 1979 ,

the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final
Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 2, of PROGRESS PARK, a Subdivision in the City of Fort
€ Pierce, Florida, according to_a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
12, page 6, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the following item of property which is located in
~ the mortgaged property and permanently installed as a part of the
~ improvements on said land:

Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land, and
fixtures attached thereto, and all rents, issues, proceeds and profits aoczving and
~ t4 accrue from said premises, all of which are included within the foregoing
~ description and the habendun thereof; also all gas, steam, electric, water and other
heating, cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating and
power systsns machines, appliances, fixtures and ap~purtenanoes, which now are or may
hereafter pertain to, or be used w1th, in or on said premises, even though they be
detached ar detachable. ~
