THIS AGREEMENT made this 9th day of April, 1979, by
and between EDWARD A. MIER, JR. and MARG RITE ROSE MIER, his
wife, hereinafter referred to as "Vendors", and EVERETT BRAYNEN,
JR., hereinafter referred_to as "Purchaser", whose address is
1710 Avenue E, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, F
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Vendors"-are the owners and .holders of equitable 1
title in and to the real property hereinafter described by virtue

of that certain Agreement for Deed given by the owner and holder }
of the fee title, Joseph G. Miller, a single adult, to Vendors,
dated July 12, 1977, recorded in O. R. Book 270 at page 2668 of the ;
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Vendors wish to sell and convey their equitable
estate and right to possession to and of said real property to

NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That in consideration of
the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement
and other valuable considerations passing between the parties
to it, the Vendors agree to sell and the Purchaser agrees to buy

from the date of this agreement; and
