CONSENT TO SUB-AGREEMENT FOR DEED
JOSEPH G. MILLER, fee title holder of the within described
real property, hereby consents to this Agreement, which amounts to
an assignment by the above-named Vendors of their rights under that
certain agreement for deed recorded in O. R. Book 270 at page
2668 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This consent, does not in any manner whatsoever relieve the
(or the above-described land)
above named Vendors/from their obligations under their Agreement
for Deed with the undersigned.
