wherein First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States
of America, is plaintiff, and Sam L. Carter and Helen Carter, his wife;
Constance Carter, a single adult; Casey Kenneth Carter; Anita Carter

Allen; Juanita Carter; Annie Pearl Carter Meade; and Indian River ~
Citrus Bank are defendants, I, ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of said Court, will,
on Friday, the 18th day of May, 1979 at 11:00 A.M. or as soon there-
' after as the sale may be held, sell to the highest and best bidder
for cash at the East front door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse,
Fort Pierce, Florida, the following described real property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
