O R D E R
THIS CAUSE was duly presented by the Office of State Attorney,
and the Respondent having been present in Court, and the Court being
advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner
for the benefit of. KELLI JO IRWIN, born July 27, 1965, and KIMBERLY
JEAN IRWIN, born March 6, 1967, minor children, the sum of $_30.00 per
week, plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving '
and disbursing support payments. These payments are to begin on the
first day of May, 1979, and thereafter on Tuesday of each and every week;
that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal
money order to the Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,_P. O.
Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the
said payments to: Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood
Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal to the State of
i Pennsylvania as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D case. If
the Clerk receives notification by the Department of Health & Rehabilitative
Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will then forward all

support to: Clarion County Domestic Relations Division, 2nd Floor Court-

house, Clarion, Pennsylvania 16214, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that said pay-

s ments shall temporarily be held in escrow by the Clerk of Circuit Court,
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, until further Order of this Court,
pending compliance by Petitioner with the terms and conditions herein-
# after set forth.

_ 1. Petitioner shall, as soon as possible, provide Respondent
with a current telephone number at which she and Respondent's children
may be contacted and shall further keep Respondent advised at all times
r
as to any change in her current telephone number.
