2. Petitioner shall be responsible to have the Respondent's
children available to receive a telephone call from Respondent at the
aforementioned number supplied by~Petitioner on the third Sunday of
each and every month at 7:00 P. M., or at such other date and time as
the parties may subsequently agree and the failure of Petitioner to
have the children available to receive the -telephone call may, upon
proper application by Respondent to this Court, result in the termination
of child support payments .under this Order.
3. Upon compliance by Petitioner with the terms of this
Order regarding visition, this Court will order the release of the
aforementioned funds being held in escrow by the Clerk of Circuit
Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, pursuant to this Order.
4. This Cour shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for
the purpose of enforcin this Order and entering such further Orders
as may be deemed equitable.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida,
this day of April, 1979.
