FLIPPEN, Wife ORDER FOR CONTEMPT AND JUDGMENT This cause coming on to be heard on the Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt, and personal service having been had on the Husband, Carl E. Flipper, who failed to appear in person or through. counsel, and the Court having heard testimony of the Wife and the argument of counsel of record, and the Court being otherwise fully advised, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1._ The Husband, Carl E. Flippen, is adjudged to be in willful contempt of this Court for his failure to comply with the terms of -.he Final Judgment in this cause dated August 11, 1973 as to child support payments in the amount of $3,395 as of March 9, 1979, together with costs expended in the amount of $11.00, making a total of $3,406.00. F ~ 2. That the Husband, Carl E. Flippen, has the s financial ability to pay said sums to the Wife, Mary R. Flippen € Brown, when the same became due pursuant to the Final Judgment. t 3. That as punishment for such contempt the Husband, Carl E. Flippen, is hereby sentenced to serve thirty days in the St. E Lucie County Jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida provided, however, he may purge himself of contempt by paying said total sum of $3,406 instanter. 4. That C. L.
