to the St. Lucie County jail to serve the sentence herein
imposed, and all and singular the sheriffs of the counties of
the State of Florida are hereby directed to take the Husband,
Carl E. Flippen, into custody wherever he may be found and to
deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida and the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County will immediately commit the Husband,
Carl E. Flippen, to the St. Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida
to serve thirty full days. During said time the Husband, Carl E.
Flippen., may purge himself by paying the total sum of $3,406 to
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida and shall thereupon be

released by the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. That Mary R. Flippen Brown be and she is entitled
to a judgment against the Husban~arl E. Flippen, in the amount
of $3,395.
6. That the Wife, Mary R. Flippen Brown, do have
and recover of and from the Husband, Carl E. Flip en, the sum of

$3,395 plus costs in the amount of $11, making a total of $3,406
for which let execution issue.
7. The Court determines a reasonable fee to be
I allowed counsel for the Wife is $250 and the Husband, Carl E. 4

Flippen, is ordered to pay the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes
the sum of $250 for their services herein.
