This cause came on for final hearing on April 4, 1979, and
the parties having appeared with counsel and the Court having heard
the evidence and testimony and being fully advised, therein, thereupon
It is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the Wife,
CARROL JEVYAK and the Husband, CLARENCE JEVYAK, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
f obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY: Custody of BRIAN JEVYAK, minor child of the Husband
and Wife, is hereby awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to the Husband. That the present arrangement as to visitation shall.
continue; however, the Husband may have BRIAN one (1) additional school day,
provided he returns BRIAN to the mother in order not to interfere with
~ school attendance.
3. CHILD SUPPORT: Commencing the 6th day of -April, 1979, the
Husband shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of Twenty Dollars (20.00)
per week, each and every week hereafter for the support of the minor child
named herein, which shall be remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition
c thereto, is hereby assessed the sum of X2.00 as costs to be added to each

payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order
