ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE
vs- ~ AND ORDER OF CONTEMPT
HERMAN TOLBERT

THIS CAUSE was heard on the 17th day of April ~ 197 9
upon the Motion and Affidavit .for Enforcement previously filed herein by the
Petitioner, and the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented
by counsel, and .the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and
not having been represented by an attorney, and the. Court having heard all of the
testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that HERMAN TOLBERT the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now ad3udged
guilty of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support
payments as directed by order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, HERMAN TOLBERT ,
may purge himself by promptly paying $ 25.00 on the arrearage in the amount of
S 218 5.00 to the Clerk of the above entitled Court, together with the statutory
cost of $2.00 which shall be added to each payment, on April 17 1979,
and another like payment each week thereafter until said $ 218 5.00 is fully paid..

The pay:aent of 25.00 per week on the arrearage shall be in addition to the
$ 25.00 per week as provided by order of this Court, a copy of which is
~ attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, and said payments shall continue.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all payments made by the Respondent shall be
remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforc_eovent Unit, 1317 Winevood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32301,
until further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue-
Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event
the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person having
custody of the children. It is further
ORDERED. that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
~ ordered to forward said arrearage payment received from the Respondent to the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services at the above address. _ /
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this ~f
