! Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
SPENCER B. GILBERT, who being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is a licensed, practicing attorney in the
State of Florida and is a member in good standing with the

f 2. That the affiant prepared a certain Quit-Claim Deed

,if from Joan C. Andric to Richard K. Andric, dated September 4, 1975,
''filed for record September 5, 1975 and recorded in O.R. Book 243,

Page 1276, regarding the following described real property
j~ located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

Lot 26, Block 700, PORT ST.-LUCIE SECTION 18,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 13, Pages 17, 17A through 17K, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

3. That the affiant-has personal knowledge of the fact
that, at the time of said conveyance, Joan C. Andric was married
to Richard K. Andric, the same person who was the Grantee in the ~

above-described Quit-Claim Deed.
4. That the marriage between Joan C. Andric and Richard
i

~ K. Andric was not dissolved until October 8, 1975, with a Final ~
s Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage filed in O.R. Book 244,
beginning on Page 1749, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
jCounty, Florida.
5. That a scrivener's error has come to light regarding
the legal description in the aforesaid described Quit-Claim Deed.
