R.D. McLAUGHLIN being duly sworn. deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC. , anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORP.
TION, LA KEWOOD PARK C~ONSTR UCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDR IO ?
CORPORATION, said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186. F
Page 2065 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County. ~
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park 5ubdiviston, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 300
Page 1459 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit_now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 18, Block 21, Unit 3
in the name of: JOAN R. MENCHIN
and now held in the name of:
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of said
corporation, this 22nd day of March 1979
