The instrument presented to this court as the last will of
LILLIAN WINII~GER, deceased, having been established by the testimony
of DORIS H. LINDQUIST a subscribing and attesting witness, as being the
last will of the decedent, and no objection having been made to its probate,
and the court finding that the decedent died on October 13, 1977, it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date November 8th, 1976 and
attested by DORIS H. LINDQUIST and MARJORIE A. LAMB as subscribing
and attesting witnesses is admitted to probate according to law, as and for
j the last will of the decedent, and it is further

E ADJUDGED that MARILYN SCHWARTZMAN is appointed

~ personal representative of the estate of the decedent, and that upon taking

the prescribed oath, filing designation of resident agent and acceptance,
letters of administration shall be issued.
