Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority.
MARILYN SCHWARTZMAN, who upon being first duly sworn, on oath deposes
and says;
That she is the daughter of ABRAHAM WININGER, a/k/a ABE
L. WININGER, and LILLIAN-WIlVINGER, a/k/a LILLIAN F. WININGER.- who.
under date -of October 23, 1~3,, acquired- title to the following described

as shown by the Plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of

Plat Book 16, Page 1: lA through 1 J; together with all the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining, subject to the terms, conditions
and limitations set forth in the Declaration of Condominium
recorded in OR Book 186, Page 2720, Circuit Court Clerk's
Office, St. Lucie County, Florida. A s amended in OR Book 192,
Page 793-820, Circuit Court Clerk's Office, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
This affiant would state that she knows of her own knowledge
that her mother and father, the said Abraham Wininger, a/k/a Abe L. Wininger,
and Lillian Wininger, a/k/a Lillian F. Wininger, were lawfully married, each to
the other, on a date prior to October 23, 1973, and that they remained continuously
