RESOLUTION N0. 79-34
SAT.SFACTION OF LIEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 7th day of July, 1972, filed a lien
against any property owned by MACK JONES, 1611 N. 19th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, in the amount of $141.28, said lien being
recorded in OR Book 204, page 40 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled
this 17th day of April, 1979 that said Board does hereby acknowledge -
ti~e payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same of record.
